My stay at Fraser Sudirman had its ups and downs. The rooms were totally disappointing with old cracked walls, marble floors, and insects and ants crawling around, despite multiple complaints. There was also a cold ambiance and the room smelled of smoke, even though I had booked a non-smoking room. On the bright side, the service was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. The hotel's location was very crowded in the mornings but ideal for large families and strategic for experiencing CFD on weekends. The dining options were limited, with the staff not refilling empty plates toward the end of breakfast hours.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was big and comfortable, but it smelled like smoke sometimes. The hotel staff were very nice and even upgraded our room. The location was perfect, right in the center of the business district. However, the dining options were limited, and the breakfast could have been better.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though very very very small, were comfortable. The service was good, especially thanks to Mis Rully at the reception who was friendly and energetic. The location was good for my needs, being central yet not too far from the city center. The dining options were nice, but there could have been more local variety.
